About the Role: As an ICU Incharge, you will provide clinical leadership and guidance to ICU staff, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and protocols.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ICU staff, including nurses and respiratory therapists. - Coordinate patient care activities and interdisciplinary rounds to optimize patient outcomes. - Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop individualized treatment plans. - Monitor patient acuity and staffing levels to ensure safe patient care delivery. - Conduct regular patient rounds and address concerns raised by patients and families. - Recruit, hire, and train ICU staff, ensuring competency and licensure requirements are met. - Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities. - Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning among ICU staff. - Address staffing issues and conflicts promptly in accordance with hospital policies.
