About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Internal Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care across various clinical settings.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide direct patient care in outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, emergency department, and specialty units. - Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and interpretation of findings. - Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with attending physicians and interdisciplinary teams. - Mentor and supervise junior residents, interns, and medical students. - Conduct teaching sessions, case discussions, and bedside rounds. - Participate in academic conferences, journal clubs, and grand rounds presentations.
