About the Role: As a Registrar in Pediatrics, you will play a crucial role in the health and well-being of children, conducting thorough evaluations and providing compassionate care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments of pediatric patients. - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and developmental disorders in children. - Perform routine pediatric examinations, including growth and development assessments. - Administer vaccinations and immunizations according to recommended schedules. - Coordinate care for children with complex medical needs, working closely with specialists as necessary. - Provide guidance on nutrition, safety, and healthy lifestyle habits for children and adolescents. - Establish rapport and trust with pediatric patients and their families, fostering a supportive and empathetic environment. - Educate parents and caregivers about their child's health condition, treatment options, and preventive measures. - Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as needed. - Address parents' concerns and questions regarding their child's health and development. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including growth charts and immunization records.
