About the Role: As an Embryologist at Cloudnine Hospital, you will play a crucial role in assisted reproductive technology, contributing to the success of fertility treatments.
What You'll Be Doing: - Collect, process, and prepare sperm and eggs for ART procedures. - Perform sperm selection techniques to isolate motile and morphologically normal sperm. - Prepare oocytes for insemination or ICSI by removing surrounding cumulus cells. - Culture embryos in vitro to support their development. - Monitor embryo growth and quality using microscopy and grading systems. - Determine optimal timing for embryo transfer to maximize implantation success. - Assist with IVF, ICSI, embryo biopsy, and other ART procedures. - Perform micromanipulation techniques with precision. - Maintain adherence to laboratory protocols and regulatory standards.
