About the Role: As a Resident in Critical Care, you will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and well-being in the ICU.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in intensive care units (ICUs). - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. - Respond to medical emergencies within the ICU using advanced resuscitation techniques. - Coordinate care with specialists across various medical disciplines. - Provide leadership and guidance to ICU medical staff and residents. - Mentor and educate medical residents and healthcare professionals. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits. - Advocate for patient rights and informed decision-making.
