Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. - Perform a variety of ENT surgical procedures, including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, sinus surgery, and tympanoplasty. - Conduct thorough patient evaluations and interpret diagnostic tests. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues regarding diagnoses and treatment plans. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care. - Utilize minimally invasive techniques when appropriate to optimize patient outcomes. - Manage ENT emergencies with prompt and appropriate interventions. - Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
