About the Role: As a Senior Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to women throughout their reproductive health journey.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive prenatal care to pregnant women, including routine check-ups, prenatal screenings, and management of high-risk pregnancies. - Manage labor and delivery, monitoring fetal well-being, providing pain relief, and performing obstetric procedures as needed. - Perform a wide range of gynecological surgeries, including hysterectomy, myomectomy, ovarian cystectomy, tubal ligation, and minimally invasive procedures. - Diagnose and manage reproductive health issues such as hormonal disorders, menstrual disorders, infertility, and gynecological cancers. - Provide counseling on family planning and contraception options, prescribing and inserting contraceptive devices, and performing sterilization procedures. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for women, including oncologists, urologists, mental health specialists, and pediatricians. - Engage in clinical research, contribute to advancements in obstetrics and gynecology, and participate in academic activities. - Mentor medical students, residents, and fellows, and contribute to their professional development and education.
