Your Core Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic tests to diagnose eye conditions accurately. - Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific condition, incorporating medical management, surgical interventions, and refractive procedures. - Perform ophthalmic surgeries, including cataract surgery, refractive surgery, glaucoma surgery, retinal surgery, and corneal transplantation, with precision and safety. - Manage chronic eye conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and corneal diseases, using a combination of medication, laser therapy, and surgical treatments. - Provide specialized care for pediatric patients with eye conditions, including vision screening, amblyopia treatment, and surgical correction of strabismus. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and multidisciplinary care for patients with complex eye conditions. - Engage in clinical research, publish findings, and contribute to advancements in the field of ophthalmology. - Mentor medical students, residents, and fellows, and contribute to their professional development and education.
