Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Resident CTVS, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients with cardiac and vascular conditions.
How You'll Contribute: - Evaluate patients' medical histories and perform physical examinations. - Perform complex cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries, including CABG and heart valve repairs. - Conduct thorough preoperative assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - Manage surgical procedures, including anesthesia and hemodynamic monitoring. - Monitor patients' recovery in ICUs or PACUs and manage post-surgical complications. - Provide clinical leadership and guidance to surgical teams. - Educate patients and families about surgical procedures and postoperative care. - Participate in clinical research and contribute to medical education.
