How You'll Contribute: - Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to diagnose cancer and determine appropriate surgical interventions. - Perform a range of surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. - Provide preoperative and postoperative care, monitoring patients' recovery and managing complications. - Interpret diagnostic tests such as biopsies and imaging studies to guide treatment decisions. - Participate in tumor boards and collaborative meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment strategies. - Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and potential outcomes. - Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families throughout the treatment process. - Address patient concerns and questions promptly and compassionately.
