About the Role: As a Resident Anesthesiologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct pre-operative assessments to evaluate patients' medical histories and anesthesia risks. - Administer various anesthesia techniques tailored to individual patient needs. - Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout surgical procedures. - Adjust anesthesia levels, fluids, and medications as needed during surgery. - Manage patients' recovery from anesthesia, including pain management. - Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. - Provide education and training to residents and medical students on anesthesia techniques.
