Your Core Responsibilities: - Assess and diagnose patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions through detailed medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings, which may include medications, therapies, or surgical procedures. - Perform surgical interventions for ENT conditions, such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgery, tympanoplasty, and head and neck surgeries. - Provide post-operative care, monitor patient recovery, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including audiologists, speech therapists, oncologists, and radiologists, to coordinate patient care and treatment strategies. - Provide education and training to medical students, residents, and healthcare staff on ENT disorders, treatment options, and surgical techniques. - Participate in clinical research, academic activities, and professional development to advance knowledge in the field of ENT medicine.
