About the Role: As a Consultant Gynaecologist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive gynecological care and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform comprehensive gynecological examinations, assessments, and diagnostic procedures. - Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions including menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, menopause-related issues, and reproductive health disorders. - Conduct a variety of gynecological surgeries including hysterectomy, myomectomy, ovarian cystectomy, laparoscopic procedures, and colposcopy. - Utilize advanced surgical techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes and minimize recovery times. - Provide prenatal care, monitor fetal development, and manage high-risk pregnancies. - Oversee labor and delivery, ensuring safe childbirth practices and management of obstetric emergencies. - Offer family planning counseling, contraception advice, and fertility evaluation and management. - Perform infertility investigations and treatments including assisted reproductive technologies (ART) when indicated. - Manage menopausal symptoms and hormonal imbalances through hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and non-hormonal treatments. - Address gynecological health concerns related to menopause and aging.
