About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Radiology, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and enhancing the learning environment for junior residents and medical students.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of attending physicians. - Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and formulate treatment plans. - Perform medical procedures and interventions as required by patient needs and specialty training. - Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students during clinical rotations. - Provide guidance on patient management, procedural skills, and professional conduct. - Facilitate case discussions, bedside teaching sessions, and formal didactic lectures. - Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling, follow-up, and interdisciplinary communication. - Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives. - Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and ethical standards in clinical practice and patient care.
