About the Role: As a Consultant Radiologist, you will play a crucial role in interpreting and reporting medical images, ensuring accurate diagnoses for patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Interpret and report on medical images from various modalities, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. - Provide timely and accurate diagnoses to referring physicians. - Perform minimally invasive, image-guided procedures. - Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures. - Communicate findings and diagnoses effectively to patients and their families. - Offer guidance and support to patients undergoing radiological procedures. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and determine the best course of action for patient care. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. - Educate and mentor junior radiologists, radiology technologists, and medical students. - Lead training sessions and case reviews.
