How You'll Contribute: - Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including medical history, physical examination, and neurological assessments. - Order and interpret diagnostic imaging studies such as MRI, CT scans, and X-rays. - Diagnose neurological conditions and determine the appropriate course of treatment, including surgical intervention. - Perform complex neurosurgical procedures, including brain and spinal cord surgeries, to treat conditions such as tumors, aneurysms, traumatic injuries, and degenerative diseases. - Utilize advanced surgical techniques, including microsurgery and minimally invasive methods. - Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols in the operating room. - Monitor patients' vital signs and neurological status during surgery. - Address any intraoperative complications promptly and effectively. - Provide detailed postoperative care instructions and follow-up plans. - Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists to support patients' recovery and rehabilitation.
