About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Forensic Medicine, you will play a crucial role in determining the cause and circumstances of death through detailed autopsies and examinations.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct detailed autopsies to determine the cause, manner, and circumstances of death. - Examine bodies, collect samples, and document findings meticulously. - Perform external and internal examinations, including histopathological analysis. - Prepare comprehensive autopsy reports, injury certificates, and medico-legal opinions. - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all forensic findings. - Maintain proper chain-of-custody for all evidence collected during forensic examinations. - Provide expert testimony in court regarding autopsy findings and forensic evidence. - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and legal professionals on medico-legal cases. - Assist in the interpretation of forensic evidence for legal proceedings.
