About the Role: As a Senior Resident-General Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality surgical care and patient management.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform and assist in a variety of surgical procedures, including elective and emergency surgeries. - Conduct preoperative and postoperative patient evaluations and care. - Ensure the accuracy and quality of surgical procedures and patient safety. - Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain procedures, risks, and postoperative care. - Manage patient care plans and coordinate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care. - Monitor patient progress and manage complications or emergencies. - Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students. - Participate in teaching sessions, case discussions, and continuing medical education (CME) activities. - Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for surgical trainees.
