Your Core Responsibilities: - Review patient medical histories, lab results, and diagnostic tests. - Develop individualized anesthesia plans based on patient conditions and surgical requirements. - Monitor and manage patient vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout the procedure. - Adjust anesthesia levels as necessary to ensure patient safety and comfort. - Manage any complications or emergencies that arise during anesthesia. - Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure coordinated patient care. - Monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage postoperative pain and complications. - Provide discharge instructions and follow-up care recommendations.
