About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Family Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive patient care and managing a diverse patient population.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. - Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including preventive care and health promotion. - Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations and diagnostic testing. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. - Perform and assist with procedures commonly performed in family medicine. - Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students. - Participate in educational activities and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines. - Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
