About the Role: As a Sr. Registrar in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in assessing and managing critically ill patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients with complex medical conditions. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with senior consultants and multidisciplinary teams. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, residents, and interns. - Conduct training sessions for the critical care team on best practices. - Perform advanced critical care procedures under supervision. - Ensure the safe use of medical technology in the ICU. - Coordinate with other departments for integrated patient care. - Communicate effectively with patients’ families regarding treatment plans.
