Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Anatomy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of medical professionals through supervision and mentorship.
How You'll Contribute: - Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students during clinical rotations. - Review and approve treatment plans proposed by junior residents. - Provide feedback and guidance to junior staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge. - Ensure that all residents follow hospital protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards. - Manage and treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings under the guidance of attending physicians. - Perform medical procedures relevant to the specialty, such as diagnostic tests, surgeries, or emergency interventions. - Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Ensure proper documentation of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
