About the Role: As a Clinical Associate in Pediatrics, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to children and their families.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct initial assessments and obtain comprehensive medical histories from patients and their families. - Perform physical examinations and document findings accurately in patient records. - Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans under the guidance of pediatricians. - Support or perform routine pediatric procedures such as immunizations, venipunctures, and basic wound care. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by pediatricians. - Educate patients and their families about pediatric health issues, treatment options, and preventive care. - Address questions and concerns from patients and families, providing support and reassurance. - Work closely with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding treatment plans and patient progress.
