About the Role: As an Attending Consultant in Family Medicine, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for a diverse patient population, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing. - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines. - Lead the family medicine team, including residents, medical students, and support staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practice. - Oversee and review patient care provided by junior staff, ensuring high standards and quality of care. - Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including specialists and primary care physicians, to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive management. - Consult with patients and their families, providing education on health management, preventive care, and treatment options. - Monitor and maintain quality assurance programs within the family medicine department, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. - Lead quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
