About the Role: As a Senior Resident-CTVS, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct patient examinations, order investigations, diagnose conditions, and formulate treatment plans. - Perform procedures and surgeries as per departmental protocols and under supervision. - Supervise and mentor junior residents, interns, and medical students. - Conduct teaching sessions, case presentations, and clinical discussions. - Assist in organizing departmental academic activities such as seminars and journal clubs. - Participate in ongoing clinical research projects and assist in preparing research papers. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical research and clinical practices.
