About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Pulmonary Medicine, you will play a crucial role in managing patient care and contributing to their recovery.
What You'll Be Doing: - Manage the daily care of patients, including conducting rounds, reviewing patient histories, and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests. - Develop and implement treatment plans under the supervision of attending physicians. - Perform and assist in medical procedures and surgeries relevant to the specialty. - Analyze patient data, including lab results, imaging studies, and clinical findings, to make informed decisions. - Consult with senior physicians on complex cases and implement treatment plans. - Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, providing appropriate interventions. - Mentor and supervise junior residents, interns, and medical students, providing guidance in clinical practices. - Conduct bedside teaching and participate in formal educational sessions for trainees. - Provide feedback to junior staff on their performance and clinical decision-making.
