Your Core Responsibilities: - Evaluate and diagnose conditions such as urinary tract infections, kidney stones, bladder issues, and prostate diseases. - Perform urological surgeries, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open procedures for various urological disorders. - Provide comprehensive care for both elective and emergency urological cases, ensuring high standards of patient care. - Offer expert consultations for patients referred by other departments, providing second opinions and specialized care plans. - Conduct thorough assessments before surgery and ensure proper follow-up care post-surgery. - Conduct regular outpatient clinics, assessing new patients and providing ongoing care for chronic urological conditions. - Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and medical students within the department. - Conduct regular teaching sessions, case discussions, and clinical demonstrations for junior medical staff.
