About the Role: As a Registrar Gynecologist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients in the obstetrics and gynecology department.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. - Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies, childbirth, and postpartum care. - Assess and treat gynecological conditions, including menstrual disorders, infertility, and cancers of the reproductive organs. - Perform pelvic exams, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic procedures. - Assist senior consultants in gynecological surgeries, including cesarean sections and laparoscopies. - Perform minor surgical procedures under supervision, such as the insertion of IUDs and biopsies. - Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety.
