About the Role: As a Consultant Gastroenterologist Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in performing complex gastrointestinal surgeries and managing patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform complex gastrointestinal surgeries, including resections, laparoscopic surgeries, endoscopic procedures, and minimally invasive techniques. - Conduct preoperative assessments, including patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to develop comprehensive surgical treatment plans. - Manage postoperative care, ensuring patients recover safely from surgery and addressing complications. - Collaborate with other specialists in the management of complex gastrointestinal diseases. - Provide expert advice on nonsurgical management of digestive disorders when appropriate.
