About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Ophthalmology, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive clinical care to patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. - Manage patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings, including emergency situations. - Collaborate with attending physicians, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. - Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students. - Participate in educational activities, including teaching rounds, seminars, and workshops. - Provide feedback and guidance to trainees on clinical skills and professional development. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient histories, examinations, and treatment plans in electronic medical records (EMR). - Ensure all documentation meets institutional and regulatory standards.
