About the Role: As a Consultant/Associate Consultant in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care of critically ill patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of medical attention.
What You'll Be Doing: - Overseeing the care of critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions. - Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. - Providing continuous monitoring of patients' progress and adjusting treatment protocols. - Performing critical care interventions, including mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring. - Leading resuscitation efforts during emergencies. - Coordinating emergency admissions to the ICU based on patient severity.
