About the Role: As a Consultant in General Medicine, you will provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, addressing both acute and chronic conditions.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. - Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations. - Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. - Manage complex cases in coordination with specialists. - Lead ward rounds and oversee patient care in general medical wards. - Ensure timely discharge planning and coordination for post-discharge care. - Conduct outpatient clinics for chronic illnesses and preventive health screenings. - Address urgent cases in outpatient settings.
