Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Emergency Physician at Sunrise Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate medical treatment for a wide range of conditions, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide immediate medical treatment for trauma, cardiac emergencies, respiratory issues, infections, and other acute illnesses. - Administer medications, perform procedures (e.g., intubation, chest tube insertion), and manage life-support systems as necessary. - Stabilize patients and prepare them for further treatment or admission to the hospital. - Conduct thorough and rapid evaluations of patients presenting with acute medical conditions or injuries. - Perform physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed. - Make timely and accurate diagnoses based on clinical findings and test results. - Consult with and refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers for further evaluation and treatment. - Coordinate with hospital administration and other departments to ensure efficient patient flow and resource management. - Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families during stressful and critical situations. - Offer guidance on follow-up care, including referrals to outpatient providers and instructions for self-care.
