Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal disorders, including fractures, joint problems, arthritis, and sports injuries. - Perform comprehensive physical examinations and review diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans. - Develop individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical interventions for orthopedic conditions. - Perform orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy procedures. - Provide post-operative care, including monitoring recovery, managing complications, and guiding rehabilitation. - Educate patients on orthopedic conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to avoid future injuries. - Collaborate with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare providers for holistic patient care. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthopedic treatments, technologies, and research. - Supervise and mentor junior orthopedic staff, residents, and medical teams. - Ensure compliance with medical standards, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines in all patient care and procedures.
