Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and manage patients with kidney-related conditions, including chronic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, and dialysis needs. - Conduct detailed patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and lab test interpretations. - Develop personalized treatment plans, including dialysis management, medication prescriptions, and lifestyle recommendations. - Perform kidney biopsies, hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis procedures when necessary. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for nephrology patients. - Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on test results and clinical outcomes. - Educate patients and families about kidney health, treatment options, and preventive measures. - Stay current on advancements in nephrology research, treatments, and technologies. - Provide mentorship and training to junior nephrologists and medical staff.
