About the Role: As a Consultant Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, ensuring optimal patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal disorders such as fractures, arthritis, and sports injuries. - Perform surgical interventions including joint replacements and arthroscopy. - Provide non-surgical treatments such as physiotherapy and pain management. - Manage acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, including trauma cases. - Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans. - Counsel patients and their families on treatment options and post-operative care. - Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
