Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Associate Consultant in Neonatology, you will play a crucial role in managing the health of neonates in our NICU. Your expertise will directly impact the lives of critically ill newborns and their families.
How You'll Contribute: - Assist in managing neonates admitted to the NICU, including monitoring, diagnosis, and treatment. - Conduct physical examinations and oversee the implementation of care plans for newborns with conditions like prematurity, low birth weight, or congenital anomalies. - Provide ventilatory and hemodynamic support to critically ill neonates. - Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization during emergency cases. - Ensure timely procedures such as umbilical line insertion, intubation, or surfactant administration. - Monitor neonates’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Ensure proper administration of medications, fluids, and nutritional support. - Maintain detailed medical records for each patient.
