Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Sr. Resident in Neonatology, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to neonates in our NICU and neonatal wards.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide comprehensive care to neonates admitted to the NICU and neonatal wards. - Perform clinical assessments, formulate differential diagnoses, and implement treatment plans under consultant guidance. - Manage ventilated neonates and provide advanced life support when necessary. - Conduct routine examinations for newborns and monitor their progress daily. - Respond promptly to neonatal emergencies, including neonatal resuscitation during deliveries. - Perform neonatal procedures such as intubation, surfactant administration, central line insertion, lumbar puncture, and exchange transfusion. - Assist in advanced procedures and ensure timely escalation to consultants when required. - Ensure safe administration of medications, fluids, and nutritional support.
