About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in ENT, you will play a crucial role in educating and supervising the next generation of medical professionals while providing high-quality patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students about ENT diseases, diagnostic methods, and treatment options. - Supervising students and junior residents during clinical rotations and surgical procedures in ENT. - Diagnosing and treating a wide range of ENT conditions, including hearing loss, sinusitis, and throat disorders. - Performing ENT surgeries, such as tonsillectomies, septoplasties, and other corrective procedures, under supervision. - Participating in emergency ENT care, including trauma management and airway interventions. - Conducting research on ENT-related topics, including clinical outcomes and new treatment methodologies. - Monitoring and evaluating students' academic progress and providing guidance on practical skills and research projects. - Managing patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, providing consultation and follow-up care. - Collaborating with other medical departments for comprehensive patient care, including audiology and speech therapy.
