About the Role: As a Radiologist, you will play a crucial role in interpreting and reporting imaging studies to guide clinical decision-making and treatment planning.
What You'll Be Doing: - Interpret and report imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and nuclear medicine imaging. - Provide detailed and accurate reports to guide clinical decision-making and treatment planning. - Correlate imaging findings with clinical history and laboratory results for accurate diagnosis. - Perform interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, drainages, angiography, and vascular stenting. - Administer contrast agents safely and monitor patients for adverse reactions. - Guide minimally invasive procedures using real-time imaging techniques such as ultrasound or fluoroscopy. - Consult with referring physicians to determine the most appropriate imaging studies for patient care. - Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, such as tumor boards, to discuss complex cases. - Offer second opinions for imaging studies as requested by clinicians or patients.
