Your Core Responsibilities: - Perform and interpret medical imaging studies, including X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, mammograms, and nuclear imaging. - Ensure imaging results are accurate and comprehensive for diagnostic purposes. - Collaborate with technicians to ensure imaging quality and proper patient positioning. - Prepare detailed diagnostic reports based on imaging findings. - Communicate findings clearly to referring physicians and healthcare teams. - Provide consultations to healthcare professionals regarding imaging results and treatment options. - Ensure patients are informed about procedures and address their concerns. - Monitor patient safety during imaging procedures, including minimizing exposure to radiation. - Assist in performing image-guided procedures like biopsies or minimally invasive treatments.
