About the Role: As a Radiologist at Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital, you will play a crucial role in patient care through advanced imaging techniques.
What You'll Be Doing: - Analyze and interpret medical images from X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds. - Provide detailed and accurate diagnostic reports to referring physicians. - Perform interventional radiology procedures, including biopsies and drainage. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to determine suitable imaging techniques. - Explain procedures to patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing concerns. - Operate and calibrate radiologic equipment, ensuring proper functioning. - Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff. - Stay updated on advancements in radiology and train medical students or junior staff. - Review imaging results for accuracy and compliance with medical standards. - Provide urgent diagnostic imaging during critical situations.
