About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in Physiology, you will play a crucial role in educating the next generation of healthcare professionals and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge.
What You'll Be Doing: - Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students about human physiology, including both theoretical and practical components. - Conducting practical demonstrations, experiments, and clinical teaching in physiology labs and classrooms. - Supervising and mentoring junior residents, medical students, and other healthcare trainees during their clinical rotations. - Assisting in the design and execution of research studies in physiology and related fields. - Monitoring and evaluating students' academic progress through exams, practical assessments, and research projects. - Participating in clinical rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings, providing input on physiology-related cases. - Maintaining and organizing laboratory equipment and resources for physiology experiments and clinical teaching. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in the field of physiology and medical education. - Contributing to departmental academic activities, such as meetings, workshops, and seminars.
