About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in Pharmacology, you will play a crucial role in educating future medical professionals and contributing to research in drug therapy.
What You'll Be Doing: - Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical students about pharmacology, including drug mechanisms, uses, and side effects. - Conducting practical sessions and laboratory demonstrations on pharmacological experiments. - Supervising students during clinical rotations, providing guidance on drug therapy and pharmacological interventions. - Assisting in the development and delivery of curriculum and teaching materials in pharmacology. - Participating in research projects related to drug development, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, and toxicology. - Monitoring and evaluating students' academic performance through exams, practicals, and research assessments. - Contributing to departmental academic activities such as seminars, workshops, and conferences. - Staying updated with the latest pharmacological research and advancements in the field of drug therapy. - Mentoring junior residents and medical students during their clinical training and research projects. - Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and ethical standards in pharmacological research and clinical practice.
