About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, assess patient risk, and develop appropriate anesthesia plans. - Manage patient airway and hemodynamic stability during surgical procedures. - Respond effectively to anesthetic emergencies and complications. - Participate in post-operative patient care and pain management. - Refine clinical skills in all aspects of anesthesia care, including advanced airway management, regional anesthesia techniques, and critical care. - Develop expertise in managing complex anesthetic challenges in various surgical specialties. - Gain experience in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia techniques. - Guide and supervise junior residents and anesthesia technicians. - Participate in teaching rounds and conferences, presenting cases and sharing knowledge. - Contribute to the development of educational materials for residents and students.
