Your Core Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with urological disorders. - Diagnose and treat conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system, including kidney stones, urinary incontinence, prostate issues, and cancers. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical interventions when necessary. - Perform a wide range of urological surgeries, such as laparoscopic, robotic, and open procedures. - Monitor patients pre-operatively and post-operatively to ensure optimal recovery and management of complications. - Provide consultations to other medical staff and specialties regarding urological conditions. - Collaborate with nurses, radiologists, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
