Your Core Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments to evaluate patients’ medical history, allergies, and current medications. - Develop individualized anesthesia care plans based on patient health status and surgical procedures. - Administer various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and local anesthesia. - Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures to ensure safety and effectiveness. - Adjust anesthesia delivery as needed based on patients' responses and surgical requirements. - Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients in the recovery room. - Assess patients’ pain levels and manage post-operative pain through appropriate interventions. - Educate patients and families about post-anesthesia recovery and any necessary follow-up care.
