About the Role: As a Consultant in General Surgeries, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality surgical care to patients, ensuring their well-being and recovery.
What You'll Be Doing: - Attend OPD and perform full history exams of every patient, recording them in patient files and HMIS system. - Diagnose diseases and prescribe appropriate medications. - Attend emergency duties related to surgery. - Perform general and laparoscopic surgeries on patients requiring surgical intervention. - Refer appropriate cases to other specialists as needed. - Supervise nursing care and implementation of STP in all cases during IPD duty. - Impart necessary training to clinical and nursing staff to enhance patient care quality.
