About the Role: As a Sr. Consultant/Jr. Consultant in Gastroenterology, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients with gastrointestinal disorders, contributing to their overall health and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with gastrointestinal disorders, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations. - Diagnose a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions and develop tailored treatment plans. - Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. - Oversee the ongoing management of chronic gastrointestinal diseases, monitoring treatment efficacy and adjusting care plans as needed. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. - Educate patients and their families about gastrointestinal disorders and preventive health measures. - Engage in clinical research and participate in trials to advance the understanding and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. - Mentor and train junior consultants, residents, and medical students.
