About the Role: As a CTVs Surgeon at Park Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients with complex cardiovascular conditions.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat patients with heart, lung, and vascular conditions requiring surgical intervention. - Perform complex surgeries such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, and lung resections. - Conduct pre-operative assessments, including reviewing medical histories, diagnostic tests, and imaging results. - Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans. - Manage patients pre- and post-surgery, ensuring proper care and monitoring recovery. - Perform minimally invasive and open surgical procedures on the cardiovascular and thoracic systems. - Advise patients and their families on treatment options and surgical risks. - Monitor and manage long-term care for patients with chronic conditions. - Stay updated on advancements in surgical techniques and technologies. - Maintain detailed, accurate records of patient conditions and procedures.
